HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) is at the core of Arvind Techno’s work culture. We have dedicated teams at projects for managing, measuring, and implementing industry-standard HSE guidelines in civil construction. We follow strict safety guidelines with mandatory health and safety-specific induction and training programs, toolbox talks, practical demonstrations, and usage of personal protective equipment amongst several HSE activities and initiatives on an ongoing basis.

Notable Programs

PSOP: One of our implemented programs, PSOP (Proactive Safety Observation Program), has successfully achieved industry standard HSE goals in Civil construction.

UPSBC Ayodhya Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav: This was undertaken as an individual program in the Ayodhya project under the Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration. In the celebration, Arvind Techno undertook multiple safety awareness and motivation programs including medical drills, vertigo tests for height work, fire fighting training, award distribution for best HSE performance, and implementation of Carbolic acid-filled bottles around all labor and staff residences amongst most notable activities.
